While working on a townhouse development, founder David Li experienced first-hand the inconsistency in workmanship, timelines, and project delivery across the industry.
That led to the acquisition of Kitchen Maker and a shift in direction, moving from an Auckland-based operation to a Christchurch-based manufacturing business focused on quality and consistency.
Today, Kitchen Maker is a team of around 25 permanent staff, supported by additional crew during busy periods. Our team includes designers, sales consultants, project managers, accountants, installers, delivery staff, factory workers, and administration. All client-facing staff average around seven years’ experience in the industry.
With strong systems, experienced staff, and clear project scheduling, we keep projects moving and ensure a consistently high standard of workmanship across every job.
